This application, N360 - Nikul Singh Jan Sampark, is an authorized Public Connection Portal for community engagement. It is a personal digital initiative and is not an official government entity application.

1. Management & Technical Partner

This platform is officially commissioned by Nikul Singh Tomar for Ward-G, Kubernagar. The technical infrastructure, design, and maintenance are handled by The Falcon Studio (TFS).

2. Information We Collect

To ensure a secure and verified experience for citizens and volunteers, we collect:

Profile Data: Name, Mobile Number, Gender, and Ward Location.
Media Assets: Images uploaded by users for grievance reporting or profile verification.
Technical Data: Device model and app version for performance monitoring.

3. Child Safety & CSAM Policy

N360 has a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and child exploitation. To comply with Global Child Safety Standards:

We strictly prohibit the creation, sharing, or promotion of any content that exploits or abuses minors.
Users can report any safety concerns directly through our in-app portal or via email at abhayrajking@gmail.com.
We actively cooperate with national and international law enforcement agencies to report and prevent CSAE.

4. Data Usage & Security

Your data is used exclusively for Jan-Sampark activities and volunteer recognition. We do not sell or share your personal information with third-party advertisers. All data is stored on encrypted servers managed by The Falcon Studio.

5. Media & Storage Permissions

The app requires "Storage" and "Camera" permissions to allow users to upload ground-report images and download digital volunteer certificates. We only access media files explicitly selected by the user.
